Postage and Packaging

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, always within 1-3 working days, and via Royal Mail First Class.

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging, and all orders are Sent with Love!

Please check your delivery details are correct before you place your order. We cannot accept responsibility for missing items due to incorrect delivery details.

Please note that orders over £20 will be posted as Signed For. This means that somebody will need to be present at your address to take the delivery. If this is not possible, you can rearrange your delivery with Royal Mail online or collect your order from your local Post Office/Sorting Office.

**DELIVERY ESTIMATES AFTER DESPATCH**

UNITED KINGDOM - Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 Business Days. However, there are currently delays due to Royal Mail strikes and increased volumes of Christmas Post. Therefore some items may take slightly longer. Please rest assured that we work as hard as possible to post all orders quickly, but postal delays are outside of our control. Delayed items may take 7-10 days to arrive. Royal Mail do not class items as missing until 10 working days have passed. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Returns - Your Rights

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt. To ensure your refund can be processed promptly, please remember to include your name and order number.

If you have changed your mind, or no longer need the item, the cost of return must be paid by you, the Customer. However, if the item is faulty or damaged, the return delivery costs will be carried by us.

You may return items in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging, but returns must be undamaged and reach us in a re-saleable condition. Items returned in inappropriate packaging, which fails to provide protection during transit may be subject to a partial refund only, or in some cases no refund if the damage is extensive. If making a return, please ensure that your packaging is adequate and robust.

Once your return order is received by us, a refund will be issued via the original payment method and you will receive an email confirming the refund. Please note that it can take 7 – 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

We regret that we are unable to offer free returns.

Please note that products on sale or personalised are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
