Do you accept Custom Orders?

Sadly we are unable to accept custom orders. However, if you have a favourite quote or lovely idea for a card or print, please do get in touch and let us know as we will always make a note of it, and it may be something that we can add to our line in future.

How will my order be packaged?

Our cards, envelopes, and boxes are recycled and recyclable. Our packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable and offers great protection for your order.

Do your Art Prints come with frames?

All our prints are unframed. Frames pictured are for photographic purposes only. If you are not sure where to purchase a frame for your print, please feel free to get in touch and we will point you in the right direction!

Do you do any site discounts or deals on postage?

We do! The best way to find out about these are via our social media channels. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook for a heads up!

Do you sell Wholesale?

We do! If you would like to stock our wonderful cards, please do get in touch.

What about Covid?

We are continue to operate as normal, and all items are dispatched within 1-3 days.

Our Studio is sanitised daily and we maintain an excellent level of hygiene.

Our packaging is self seal, so no licking is required this end!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We despatch everything within 1-3 days. All orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail and should arrive within a day or two. We’re pleased to say that we have an excellent track record for despatch and delivery!

Please be aware that although we have a speedy turnaround time, there can sometimes be delays within the Royal Mail network, and such delays may mean that your order takes slightly longer than expected to arrive. Royal Mail do not class items as missing until 10 working days have passed since postage. If you have any concerns regarding your order, we would always urge you to contact is straight away so that we can look into it for you.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Should there be any issue with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch! We will always respond, and we will always work with you to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

I’m a Seller. Can I use your verses and quotes on my own designs?

We produce original verses, which are copyright. You will notice the Copyright stamp on our product photos. As such, we take intellectual property infringement very seriously and will take necessary action where we feel that copyright has been breached. Thank you for respecting the original author/designer of the work.
