Please note that colours inevitably vary from monitor to monitor. Therefore, there may be slight variation in colours from monitor to print.

Refund Policy

We really hope that you Love your order as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund.
Please contact us to arrange your refund within 14 days of delivery.
Return items within 21 days of delivery. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect.

You may return items in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging, but returns must be undamaged and reach us in a re-saleable condition. Items returned in inappropriate packaging, which fails to provide protection during transit may be subject to a partial refund only, or in some cases no refund if the damage is extensive. If making a return, please ensure that your packaging is adequate and robust.

Once your return order is received by us, a refund will be issued via the original payment method and you will receive an email confirming the refund. Please note that it can take 7 – 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Due to our quick turn around times, if you wish to cancel an order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery Details

You are responsible for providing correct and up to date delivery details. We cannot accept responsibility for missing orders due to incorrect delivery address details. Please double check before you place your order, and ensure that we also have your correct e-mail address incase we need to contact you regarding your order.
